When you first come to our practice in Horsforth, Leeds we will take a detailed case-history in order to ascertain the nature of your problem. We will ask not only about the present symptoms but also about your past medical history. We will examine you to observe how your problem affects your musculoskeletal system then we will treat you.

We will explain what the problem is, why you have it and what we will do to help recovery. We are usually able to give some idea of the length of time for improvement. It is usual for us to advise on lifestyle modifications so as to reduce the likelihood of recurrence and aid recovery. We will often advise on suitable exercise.
